James Aldridge

ames Aldridge is a Wiltshire based visual artistworking with people and places. James’s practice researches the role of artful and embodied explorations of place in learning, and their benefit for wellbeing.

James has carried out residencies and commissions, and curated exhibitions, for galleries, museums and environmental organisations, and is an Associate Artist with CAS (Andover), Climate Museum UK and MK Gallery (Milton Keynes).

He is currently researching LGBTQi+ experiences of and perspectives on rivers through the Queer River project, walking, talking and making with artists, writers, ecologists and others, along the Salisbury and Bristol Avons.
